Feature request: Publish gluetun to Github Container Registry

What's the feature 🧐

Due to Docker Hub's recently heavily reduced limits, it would be great for users if gluetun was also available via the Github Container Registry.

I don't mean to imply that dockerhub should be abandoned, but additional availability would be greatly appreciated.

• do not ask for updates, be patient
• 👍 the issue to show your support instead of commenting
  @qdm12 usually checks issues at least once a week, if this is a new urgent bug,
  revert to an older tagged container image

Odd that the Packages portion of the sidebar isn't showing - which was what led me to assume that it wasn't. Very strange.
