This PR adds the initial integration of the Sponsorship section for the PyLadiesCon Portal.
Main contributions include:
Created a new sponsorship/ app to manage sponsor-related logic.
Set up initial models, views, and templates related to sponsor information display.
Fixed minor setup issues for local development.
Ensured compatibility with the current project structure.
These changes lay the groundwork for handling sponsorship details and visibility as part of the portal.
Closes #67
