  1. make sure the person has the latest computing environment other team members have
  2. person should install: R and R Studio, Anaconda, Python, Azure Data Studio, Tableau Reader, GitHub Desktop
  3. Do setup with Github (Polina) and Elmer (Chris), repo set up
  4. person should explore all resources and documents on : https://www.psrc.org/data-and-resources/data-psrc
  5. person should attend over the first year - Transportation Policy Board, Model User Group, Growth Management Policy Board, LUTAC, General Assembly
  6. Data Camp
