Fix copying logs on Linux (d0a2ec9).
Fix not being allowed to launch dolphin if offline (#314).
Fix Dolphin version check issue on some Linux systems (#317).
Fix starting a broadcast during some situations (#292).

Other changes 🛠

Dolphin's window title will now include the broadcaster's name (#320)
- this will make it easier to identify and consistently capture Dolphin in OBS.
- only applies for console mirroring and spectating.
