Issue: project-chip/matter-test-scripts#483
Verify the attributes of Mode Select cluster as a server.
To verify strings area human readable text we create a simple string assert (str instance and len >=1 ), if is not ci, ask the user if the description is readable and understandable.

To run :
Use all clusters.
