Excellent question. All I ever had is 12mm tapes. But if you look at it, the calibration file is essentially just a pattern of numbered lines that you can print out to see what actually shows up in the printout. I made it with GIMP iirc.
Maybe it is easiest to open it in GIMP and add the additional lines as needed.
