Add support for an optional scrollbar

Ratatui https://docs.rs/ratatui/latest/ratatui/widgets/struct.Scrollbar.html
Scrollbar should be configurable to be shown on the left or right side.
The scrollbar position should be calculated based on the center of the current widget:
(start_height_current + height_current/2) / total_height
