Hard Requirements for Neat Sheets

1. Must support macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS
2. Must allow for syncing of budget databases across devices
3. Must permit use of the budget database by multiple users simultaneously
4. Must support multilevel budget categories (max 3 levels)
5. Must allow the importing of YNAB4 data into the Neat Sheets format

Soft Requirements

1. Should support importing of other Budget data formats
