Consider doing a release soon

While testing bevyengine/bevy#16365 I noticed a hang on macos that was reproducible in cosmic_text 0.12.1 when displaying text with Noto Nastaliq Urdu.

I bisected, and the commit that fixes it seems to be 1ab7fc2.

I'm not sure what your release plans are like, but Bevy's working towards a release candidate in the coming week or two and it would be cool to sync up on a release.

There seem to be also several unreleased optimization PRs that were contributed by a Bevy contributor waiting for their day in the sun. It looks like #347 would also be big for us, as well, with system font support potentially being a featured addition.
