[BUG] Active window border hint remains when floating window loses focus to desktop, panel, or dock

Description

The active window border highlight continues to display even after the window has lost focus when clicking on the desktop, panel, or dock. Only if window is in floating mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a window in floating mode or turn it into floating mode
2. Click outside the window (on the panel, dock, or desktop wallpaper)
3. Observe that the active window border highlight remains despite the window having lost focus

Expected Behavior

The active window border highlight should be removed when the window loses focus.

Additional Information

Interestingly, when a window is in tiled mode, the border behavior works correctly (the highlight is hidden when focus is lost).
