Define various processes that guide the operationalization of the workflow:

Verification and validation for SIT/UAT and what gets captured for OPS deployment (ORR).
Development and release process that guides interaction with Confluence development team.
How to recover from failures and working with Confluence development team.
Monthly operations and determining a run was successful.
