Adding Recurring Ticket

  1. From the Applications menu link select Equipment. sreenshot1
  2. Click on the Recurring in the top menu.
  3. The Recurring page should open. sreenshot1
  4. From this page you can Add, View, Edit and Delete recurring tickets.
  5. Click on the New button to add a recurring ticket.
  6. The following fields are available on the next page:
  • Ticket: - required, a previously created ticket for the equipment
  • Equipment: - equipment, for which the recurring ticket will be created
  • Repeat Every: - numeric recurrence interval, can be in days, hours or minutes
  • Start Date: - date or the recurrence start
  • Active: - whether this recurring ticket is active
