Adding Recurring Ticket

- From the Applications menu link select Equipment.
- Click on the Recurring in the top menu.
- The Recurring page should open.
- From this page you can Add, View, Edit and Delete recurring tickets.
- Click on the New button to add a recurring ticket.
- The following fields are available on the next page:
- Ticket: - required, a previously created ticket for the equipment
- Equipment: - equipment, for which the recurring ticket will be created
- Repeat Every: - numeric recurrence interval, can be in days, hours or minutes
- Start Date: - date or the recurrence start
- Active: - whether this recurring ticket is active
- Fill out all required fields and click the Save button.
