Incorrect editor bundle handling

Some globals are missing. The monkey-patch solution used was to manually define some missing globals, but there are globals which are defined by external libraries, so we can't really do that. Look into a proper solution

• the problem was alleviated a little bit with Add a way to specify an extra bundle to fix bundle errors #7, but a better solution will be needed in the future
