Global Privacy Control

GPC - Global Privacy Control seems to be taking over from Do Not Track. It appears to be legally binding in eg EU and California.

(Firefox enables GPC with the "Tell web sites not to sell or share my data" option).

I understand that FOSSbrowser supports GPC, which will help if the einkbro and FOSSbrowser codes have not diverged too much.
I would work on a pull request, but I don't have enough development experience on Android.
