Hover effect in the footer options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no indication of the options in the footer being active. For example, on hovering over the social media icons, there isn't any change

Describe the solution you'd like
Hover effect can be implemented. Colour of the icons can change when hovered over, to show that it is active

Describe alternatives you've considered
Animation or outline around the text or icon can also be implemented on hovering.
