[Bug]: Adding hover/backgroud over the videos shown in the Latest YouTube Video section. #1849

Describe the bug

In the Latest YouTube Video Section, the videos and their descriptions are shown. When we hover over the videos, we see that when we are in between those videos, we don't know exactly which video we are hovering over. For a clear understanding, you can see the video for reference.

To Reproduce

  1. Visit https://www.piyushgarg.dev/
  2. Scroll down to latest youtube videos.
  3. Hover over the videos.

Expected behavior

When you hover over a video, you should know if your cursor is in between those videos that by clicking on that area on which video you will land into. So there should be a background on their back permanently or when you hover over them.
