[Bug]: Social media links are repeated with hard coded links and values

Describe the bug

According to design principle, if any section of code is to used more than once, it must be kept in separate file to reuse it at different places.

So, reuse social-links at navbar and contact section of the home page

To Reproduce

1. Go to '/' (home page)
2. Look into 'Navbar And Contact section'
