[Bug]: Icons on Main Page at the Bottom Not Blinking (While Same Icons on Top Blink) #1813

Describe the bug

The icons at the bottom of the main page are not blinking, while the same icons at the top of the page are blinking as expected.

To Reproduce

Go to the main page of the website/application.
Observe the icons at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
See that the icons at the bottom are not blinking, unlike the icons at the top.

Expected behavior

Both the icons at the top and bottom of the page should blink in sync.

Additional context

This issue seems to be present only when the page is fully loaded. Refreshing the page doesn’t seem to resolve it.
