The problems
Shared build script
Some tiles don't follow default path configurations.
TAS Slingshots is trying to build shared build pipelines.
This will be easier if tile authors can configure their build arguments without over-complicating to the shared build scripts.
Build reproducibility
We want to be able to checkout a reference and build tiles the same way they were built at the time.
The Solution
Make most kiln bake configuration configurable in the Kilnfile.
