Description

  • disable tests failing on SPARC FPU because of no support for denormalized numbers
  • add GR740 support in test-grlib-multi

Motivation and Context

Cause of these tests failing is strtof/d/ld functions. These functions
with the tested inputs are possibly using subnormal numbers which are
not supported by SPARC FPU.
