[feat] Add Option to Exclude Comments from Search Results

Describe the problem

Right now, when searching for a string in files, matches inside comments and commented-out code are also returned, which can be noisy. It would be great to have an option to ignore comments while searching, so results focus only on actual code.

Describe the solution you'd like

A toggle or filter setting that detects and excludes comments based on the file’s syntax.

This could be an optional setting users can enable when needed.
