Bug: NCA intervals are based on actual cycles (DOSNO) or standard TAU, not on nominal ones #161

Description

The current implementation is using a set and estimated TAU for multiple dose studies. After #138 intervals are customized based on the actual cycle (DOSNO; dose number). However, we want to split them based on a "nominal" cycle, that can be defined using NFRLT and NRRLT.

Still in process of thinking the best implementation and tbd.
