Addon doesn't display icons on map #11

I recently downloaded this addon to try and complete the achievement. However, even though I have the base HandyNotes addon installed, I am not seeing any icons on my map as this addon's description says it will. I've attached 2 screenshots, one showing my current achievement progress and the other showing Wyrmrest on the map without any apparent icon.
