- install docker and docker-compose
- run
docker-compose build - run
docker-compose up - you should now be able to access API on http://localhost:5000 address

Windows Docker Toolbox- if you have trouble with running containers, you may need to initialize the shell with the following command:@FOR /f "tokens=*" %i IN ('docker-machine env') DO @%i
