Function with dependency not executed if parent test is filtered out

I'm not sure whether to classify this as a bug, but it is quite annoying when working with dependent tests. If I try to execute just the "child" test that depends on another test, it will just get skipped since the parent test is filtered out.

Is it possible to add the parent test to the test run automatically?
