Create Perses operator documentation #25

In order for users to use the perses operator with ease we need to document:

  • expose CRD fields descriptions, including Perses, Dashboards and Datasources
  • how to enable the mode to link k8s RBAC with Perses RBAC
  • How to install the operator and get started

The documentation needs to be versioned aligning with the Perses operator version

@jgbernalp are we already clear what are the exposed CRD fields of the Operator?

@ch-stark we initially have a config field in the Perses CR to setup Perses instances, this uses the same upstream configuration but we still need to add other fields specific to k8s integrations
