NSGs are taking no effect on st

st > Security + networking > Networking > Networking routing
Dunno why it got created w/o "Routing preference"

When I modified the hub to MS

I saw the NSGs finally kicking in

And I just checked the wizard
And it shows routing defaulted to MS
