Rewrite GSRs to improve error handling and build into swiftUI

Maybe create a new design.

State of GSRs:

  • Design is working on a template for us to follow but we'll need to rewrite a few things anyways.
  • Networking (will be authenticated with LabsPlatformSwift)
  • Error Handling with more detailed messages
  • UI Redesign

I think GSRs UI can start to be rewritten in some resemblance of the format that design will eventually give us. Then, sleight modifications can be made once they actually give us something. Willing to elaborate on whoever picks up the sub-issues.

I will pick up networking since it's going to be concurrent with LabsPlatform Update.
