[BUG] not showing coinbase badge/ eth points not verifying #3276

Overview
Problems visually seeing the coinbase badge on passport.xyz, it's just missing.

Having issues also verifying my eth address, I feel like i should have the same score as last time.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to 'passport.cyz'
Click on 'coinbase badge [ if there was one]
Error

Observed behavior
No site of coinbase badge.

Expected behavior
Help me get the coinbase badge.
