Build notes

This is the first alpha build release of PowerChain. General concepts of the blockchain have been implemented and the software has a functional CLI for loading, saving and generating local blockchains. However, many concepts must be implemented in the future, including

• Full Linux/OSX support
• Implementation of work of proof algorithm
• P2P/server solution to fully integrate a functioning blockchain service (blockchain is only LOCAL right now)

Please note that this software is in early alpha state and thus not feature-complete and stable at all!
