FlyWay: adopt or hold?

In #25 @uolter proposes Atlas as a tool for migrations.

Our current go-to solution is FlyWay, we already have lots of examples in our codebases.

This happened mostly because of inertia ("just copypaste what I did in my project"). My personal experience is "it just works", but I also experienced some quirks (mostly because of how the tool communicates with our cloud infrastructure).

Do we have a position on FlyWay? Would we recommend the usage, or should we advise not to use it in new projects?

PS: I think we must have an entry for this tool as it's already widely used and some shared guidance is needed, otherwise we rely on tribe knowledge only.
