As seen in https://github.com/oxidize-rb/rb-sys/actions/runs/12954347343/job/36136100820?pr=493, mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-clang-15 no longer is available:

pacman.exe -S  mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-clang-15
  pacman.exe -Sy --noconfirm --noprogressbar --needed --disable-download-timeout  mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-clang-15
  :: Synchronizing package databases...
   mingw32 downloading...
   mingw64 downloading...
   ucrt64 downloading...
   clang64 downloading...
   msys downloading...
  error: target not found: mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-clang-15
  Error: Command failed: pacman.exe -Sy --noconfirm --noprogressbar --needed --disable-download-timeout mingw-w64-ucrt-x86_64-clang-15

This might have been done by msys2/MINGW-packages@73c6dfe.

It sounds like we have to resolve the clang 16+ build issues? #47 (comment)

I suppose a workaround may be to download the legacy package from https://repo.msys2.org/mingw/ucrt64/.

The bindgen failure on clang > 15 (at least on https://github.com/jbourassa/oxidize-rb-actions/actions/runs/12583936454/job/35072741265) may be related to rust-lang/rust-bindgen#2500.
