Adds support for a handful of missing components in
htmlToEnriched.tsthat were used in WP topic pages, so that we can port them all over to gdocs.Each topic page will still require a small amount of manual touching up (prominent links don't have titles, explorers aren't wrapped in
gray-sections, etc) which I plan to do myself before handing them over to the editorial team.
