Make a script that when activated will hijack a gameobject with the main camera, making it float quickly to the surface of the water. Then they burst out of the water (maybe with some particle effects) and bob gently on the surface of the water.
What is this for? The idea is that at some point the game timer will run out, or breathing air will run out, and the game will end. This is when the player stops playing the game, and floats to the surface, and sees some end screen. But don't worry about all that. For this ticket, just make it believable that a gameobject with a camera is blasting up for air, then floating on the surface of the water (use the deforming water surface in some of Peter's scenes).
