-add anchor of the first heading of each md-file into metadata while building docs
-convert internal .md - links to work in documentation segment runtime
So if we have a relative reference to some .md file (that has a heading in it's content)
e.g ../7 SomeFolder/SomeNeatFile.md
the runtime link would be something like .../7-some-folder#heading-in-neat-file
