So how do I go about troubleshooting a blinky blue light on the quartz64 model B?

So I have Plebian setup and it seems to work as expected for the most part but the blue light keeps blinking semi rapidly.

I looked at dmesg and it says there is missing firmware for the broadcom chips. That's very odd to me as I tested the WiFi and it worked surprisingly well. (Even better than a RPI4)

Is there some sort of log or troubleshooting steps to figure out why its just sitting and blinking?
