And there's no 4.17 flavor, despite it is there: https://github.com/openshift/release/blob/master/ci-operator/config/openshift-knative/client/openshift-knative-client-release-v1.16__417.yaml. Looks to me like a ci-operator hiccup.

@dsimansk No wonder this fails. The Dockerfiles on 1.16 and 1.15 are entirely different:
