[FEATURE] Update to AWS SDK 2

Is your feature request related to a problem?

The opensearch-hadoop project depends on AWS SDK 1 (for authentication / signing). Amazon AWS SDK 1 is currently in maintenance mode and will reach its end-of-support date on December 31, 2025.

What solution would you like?

Are there plans to start utilizing AWS SDK 2 before the end-of-support for AWS SDK 1?

What alternatives have you considered?

We previously utilized opensearch-spark project, but switched to opensearch-hadoop as we needed a project that supports AWS IAM authentication.

Looks like the AWS SDK is only utilized for authentication:

We are allowed to import only projects that actively receive security updates (FedRAMP compliance).
