add new integ test parameter to choose to run with security plugin #5314

Description

This PR adds --security-plugin parameter for integration test workflow to choose to run whether we want to run with or without security.
If not provided it will fallback to default behavior or running both, with and without security.
This will help in re-running flakey component tests, where we only want to re-run either with-security or without-security failures.
This will help reduce test run time by 50%.
