I think it's better to cleanly separate the generic run-Stata-in-Docker stuff from the Bennett Institute specific instructions.

This docker image contains the machinery needed to generate a license key file from valid license details.

There are specific instructions for regenerating the OpenSAFELY license key for Bennett Institute staff here:

As discussed, this should probably be in the team manual.
