feat(java-sdk): batch check telemetry attribute, sync back

Adds a new telemetry attribute for batch check to the Java SDK, and merges back a couple other telemetry-related changes to the generator.

Also merges back the change to use HTTP 1.1 by default in the HTTP client.

Also ports back a fix to use HTTP 1.1 by default:
