The first commit fixes a bug when WAVGM elements are used to represent explicit constraint equations (like MPCs from Nastran files). The error in the bound checking resulted in that the weight coefficient from the last dependent DOF was ignored and replaced by unity for all independent DOFs it was coupled with.
