Problem/Request

In the LTI working group, we want to run the LTI validation tests from 1EdTech for Sumac. But, it is a requirement to have 1EdTech credentials with membership.

We want access to a 1EdTech account that allows us to run the LTI validation test for Sumac.

Reasoning

We want to validate our LTI implementation with 1EdTech and then opt for an LTI certificate.
