Can I save "coreneuron_input" in a path different from other output files? #72

Thank you for your efforts on this open-source project for open science.

I would like to separate the coreneuron_input directory from other output files. Now all output files are saved in simulation_config.json/output/output_dir.

My plan is to save the coreneuron_input directory in the disk that allows fast access and enough capacity.

This update must be useful for many users because most users utilize computing clouds, which usually have restrictions on file capacity and file numbers (#i-nodes) in the storage disk and have loose restrictions in the temporal disk. It appears useful if I can save other intermediate files (e.g., coreneuron_input) in the temporal disk and neural data in the storage disk.

Thanks for the request Sungjae! We will see when we can add this to our planning/roadmap.
