Several independent Windows 10 users reported that when they just simply start up Catapult and edit something in the Disk A combobox and press Enter, Catapult stops. There is no logging in the Windows Event Log about a crash.
I couldn't reproduce it on Linux.

Note that openMSX doesn't even need to have been started to reproduce it.

'Creepy' also reported it already happens with 16.0.
