⚠️ do not merge until open-gitops/documents#14 is merged and a new version of the principles is tagged

To-do:

  • temporarily include build fix cherry-picked from Fix build #17 so we can preview
  • update proposed version marker from Specify principles version #20
  • remove ⚠️ emoji and change link once PR is merged and tag is rolled out
