NOTE: This app is currently tested in a closed beta. Only companies in the beta program will be able to use it to get suggestions.
If you are part of the beta program, complete the following instructions as a Zendesk administrator. If you are having troubles please reach out to your contact point at True AI.
App Installation
- Install the True AI app
- Open up any historic ticket in your organization
- An authorization pop-up will be shown, you need to accept this to give True AI access to your data
AI training
- The AI will now train by analyzing your historic customer interactions, this will take up to five working days
- Once the AI is trained you will get an email from us, and you and your agents can start using the suggestions provided by the AI
