Unclear at the moment. Possibly only for an HOA to bring partial FX compatibility to 1.0 and the actual FX will be split up into other packages. Right now this is the only place we have for any of this to live, so I'm capturing this here for the moment.

@okwolf What if I transfer fx to your personal account, then you'll be able to do with it as you wish? Or before we do that, we could discuss what to do with the package after V2 and that way we can get other people's opinion.
