I REALLY like how, for iOS, Charlie separated the Ohmlet surveys on different pages, and put headers at the top with the name and description of the Ohmlet. So you can swipe through the pages and it’s easier to tell what’s going on, especially if you are involved in multiple Ohmlets. It looks cleaner.

For the cases that a participant is in more than one or two ohmlets, this will probably have to be fixed though. Something should be done to make it easier to find a survey you are looking for. Mainly for the QS case...
I think the current UI is fine for the clinical use case since participants usually wont have to search for a survey to take, they will just take pending surveys when the reminder goes off. I think the current UI handles this nicely since everything is in on place, the user can just go through and take all the surveys that are pending one after another.
Here are some ways I brainstormed that might make it easier to find surveys:
separate by ohmlet
add sorting and filtering options (ie. filter by ohmlet, sort by time of last response, or name)
have a search bar (maybe allow voice search?)
allow the user to pin certain surveys to the top of the list
Let the user create shortcut buttons to surveys (this is something we talked about a long time ago)
create another apk which has a widget or something that takes the user to a survey
